This course is one of four courses required by the Division, one to be done every two years.  The course covers Agency Basics, Fiduciary Duties, Recording Keeping Requirements, Elements of Property Management Agreements, Division Rules, Trust Accounts, Tenant Law, Legislative & Administrative Code Update & Enforcement, & Industry Issues.
