3HR Core Class: Mandatory Commercial Course – Live in Logan

This course is one of the four mandatory classes required by the Division for all licensees to take to renew their license every two years.  Agents can take any one of the four classes irrespective of what type of real estate business they focus on.  This class focusses on commercial real estate from Agent Fiduciary Duties, Limited Agency, Earnest Money, Sellers Disclosures, CCIM Forms, Commercial Leasing Practices and Legislative Administration.
