This CE class will cover in detail the unique features and opportunities of working with veterans utilizing VA loans. The learning objectives are for you to gain strategic knowledge on how to better serve your veteran clients that ultimately lead to more successful closings and happy clients. You will learn details about the FHA/VA Addendum, rules regarding seller concessions, VA appraisal considerations, tidewater requirements, and more.
