Come and learn the basic concepts of how to produce an accurate, detailed CMA. You will learn step by step instructions of how to add adjustments to your CMAs to get more accurate values. Learn how to customize your CMA to fit your subject property.
The class is taught by Cari Schultz, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. She has been in the business for over 25 years. She will help you produce a CMA that closely resembles an appraisal.
Bring your computer so you can follow along and set up an adjustment table for use in future CMAs.
