You must be present both days to receive credit.  If you cannot attend both days, do not register for this course.  No partial credit can be issued.

To receive credit, you cannot miss more than 18 minutes per day.  12HR Core Credits

This class is REQUIRED of All Agents during the first two years of original issue date.
